Softball BC Numbers
Hello Softball BC Member,
On March 1st 2021, Softball BC implemented a new system for registration and Softball BC numbers. There will no longer be a Softball BC Number look up option considering number’s are not required to give.
Starting March 1st, 2021, the new registration software will execute a search for the players’ Softball BC number.
If the software matches the player with a Softball BC number, the registration system will automatically registrar the player . However, if the software does not match the player with a Softball BC number, the software will assign the player a number and invoice the association.
If the player has two or more Softball BC numbers, the software will prompt the registrar to chose the correct number. The software should provide the players’ Softball BC number, name, age and address to help the registrar choose the right person. Softball BC numbers are also not required when uploading teams via the Excel file.
